HOW DO I KNOW I AM ENTERED INTO AN EVENT?
Once you go through our online entry forms you will get to the final page showing confirmation of your entry, you will also receive the same confirmation sent to your email address. You will also receive update emails in the building up to the event. Finally within 7days of the event taking place you will receive the ‘Final Email‘ with the latest competitor notes showing start times, maps and other details regarding the event. This ‘Final Email‘ will also be put onto our front page news and Facebook, with a full list of confirmed entrants.

HOW CAN I CHANGE DISTANCE ONCE ENTERED?
If you email then team at enquiries@windsorduathlon.co.uk they will be able to get your distance changed. Changing to a smaller distance is fine but if you are looking to change to a bigger distance then you will be charged for the difference in price.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE RACE MAPS & START TIMES?
You will be able to find the relevant maps and competitor notes on the event pages. There are buttons with ‘Competitor Notes‘, ‘Swim Maps‘, ‘Bike Maps‘ & ‘Run Maps‘. If these are not functional then this will mean that the details or maps are not yet confirmed and ready.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE DETAILS ON THE EVENT I HAVE ENTERED?
You will receive update emails in the build-up to an event. Finally within 7days of the event taking place you will receive the ‘Final Email‘ with the latest competitor notes showing start times, maps and other details regarding the event. This ‘Final Email‘ will also be put onto our front page news and Facebook.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY RACE NUMBERS?
Your race numbers will not be sent out to you in the post, you will collect your race numbers on the day of the event when you come to register. You will also collect your timing chip at registration on the day.

WHEN WILL I GET THE MERCHANDISE I PURCHASED WHEN ENTERING AN EVENT?
Event merchandise gets sent out 2 weeks before the event taking place. Merchandise purchased within 2 weeks of the event taking place will be collected at the event on the day by the registration table.

WHEN WILL ENTRIES CLOSE FOR AN EVENT?
Entries will close at least one week before the event date or earlier if sold out. We will keep everyone updated with online entries and when an event is almost full, so you won’t miss your spot?

WHAT ARE THE AGE LIMITS?
Below are the age limits unless the event says otherwise (e.g Youth Duathlons & Triathlons)
